Delivery & Returns
Of course you want to have your order in-house as soon as possible. We do our utmost to ensure that the items you ordered are delivered to the indicated address within 5 working days of order. However, we cannot guarantee this. Our site does not show any stock information, because the products are also sold in our store in Amersfoort. Therefore, you would be wise to always keep some slack with your order.
For orders within the Netherlands we charge €6.95 shipping costs. Below is an overview of the shipping costs within Europe.

Please note: Take into account longer delivery times in the high season! Delivery time depends on the product and can be up to 6 weeks.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have a further 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then receive the amount of cancellation and, if applicable, the shipping costs credited. Shipping costs are only credited when the full order is cancelled. Charges for return to the webshop are at your own expense.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all the accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – will be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition and packaging. If your order is unexpectedly damaged or delivered incomplete, please contact us immediately: 033 – 453 08 82. Store the packaging and delivery receipt. Of course we do our utmost to replace the damaged or missing item as soon as possible.
